Hosting and technical data
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, Vercel may process technical request data needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. This may include your IP address, approximate location derived from it, the requested page, date and time, browser or device information, referrer and diagnostic data.
Analytics and performance
Public pages use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate use and technical performance. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and that the resulting data is not associated with an individual or IP address. Vercel states that Speed Insights does not identify visitors or reconstruct browsing sessions. Gintar does not use these tools for advertising or cross-site profiling.
These tools are not loaded on the assessment-preparation pages.
Forms and email
When you submit the public contact form, your name, product URL, contact details and message are sent to Formspree for delivery to Gintar so that Gintar can answer your enquiry. The assessment-preparation form operates locally in your browser; its contents are not sent to or stored by Gintar. Files generated by the assessment-preparation form are created locally and are saved only when you download them.
If you contact Gintar by email, your contact details and message are processed to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform an engagement.
Recipients and processing abroad
Vercel processes website data as a hosting and analytics provider. Formspree Inc. receives and stores public contact-form submissions and delivers them to Gintar. Vercel and Formspree may process data in the United States and other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Information about their processing and safeguards is available in their privacy and data-processing documentation.
Gintar does not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
Technical and analytics data is retained according to the applicable Vercel service settings. Contact-form submissions and email correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, an engagement, legal obligations or possible disputes. Formspree retains information as described in its Privacy Policy.
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data concerning you and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or data to be deleted. Send requests to contact@gintar.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
